Waiveable Violations at 52-2 District Court

There are only three offenses by law that are waivable as outlined in the table below.

No proof of insurance is not a waivable offense.

To waive a violation:

Present the ticket to any law enforcement officer to certify correction within *10 days of issuance of ticket.
Mail or bring the ticket to the Court at the address on the front of the ticket within 14 days of the issuance date.
