52-2 District Civil Division

52-2 District Court accepts Civil appearances and case filings through MIFile. All other pleadings must be mailed or delivered to 5850 Lorac Drive, Clarkston, MI 48346. Emergency requests to file a pleading using fax or email should be addressed to the assigned judge's chambers.

Overview

The Civil Division of the 52nd District Court 2nd Division handles General Civil Cases, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Small Claims Cases, and Marriage Ceremonies.
