Internal Services / Administration

The Internal Services Division of the Department of Information Technology (IT) is comprised of the Project Management Office (PMO), IT Procurement and Contract Management, and Administration units.

This division supports the IT Department and the broader County organization in functions related to project governance, technology procurement, vendor and contract management, and departmental administration. The Project Management Office provides standardized project oversight, tracking, and reporting to ensure that IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with County priorities. The Procurement and Contract Management unit manages the full lifecycle of IT acquisitions, from solicitation through contract closeout, ensuring compliance with County purchasing policies and maximizing value from technology investments.
