Answers to frequently asked questions of Oakland County CLEMIS.
Any law enforcement agency that has been approved as a Criminal Justice agency and is interested in sharing data with other law enforcement agencies can join CLEMIS.
All increases are self-imposed by the Chiefs and Directors who serve on the CLEMIS Committees. The CLEMIS Advisory Committee is the final voice on fee increases. CLEMIS staff is unable to quote future costs.

If you are a CLEMIS participant and need help with your system, first ask your System Administrator for assistance. The Administrator should contact the IT / CLEMIS Service Center at 248-858-8812 if additional help is needed.
It is extremely important to submit new and missing streets, address ranges, and intersections. If files are not current, addresses cannot be verified and critical statistics could be missing from InfoView reports.

CLEMIS staff will update CLEMIS system street files and forward to the Oakland County GIS Department. If you are not an Oakland County agency, you need to submit the form to CLEMIS staff and your own County GIS department.
