The Business Division compiles information on the usage rates for many types of court services. The following lists of caseload statistics are available for viewing:

Please note that Circuit Court Caseload Summary Reports were prepared using the State Court Administrative Office reporting system based on both manual and automated input. They are a snapshot in time of the caseload report and may not reflect corrections if made after the date published. Data in these reports may vary in comparison if reporting requirements change as dictated by the Michigan Supreme Court.
