A transformative mixed-use development in Pontiac, led by Mr. Alan’s founder Alan Bishop, has secured $79.2 million in incentives, according to Crain’s Detroit Business reporter Kirk Pinho (Jan. 28, 2025). The $106 million project includes apartments, office space, and community areas.
Oakland County Land Bank Authority Executive Director Jill Robinson played a key role by introducing Bishop and Dennis Griffin, Connektiv Companies, his co-developer partner, facilitating the project's advancement. The development, known as The Exchange, aims to revitalize the downtown area with new housing and business opportunities. The project’s approval marks a significant investment in Pontiac’s future.
