The preferred method of contact for Purchasing is to email the appropriate buyer directly, or via phone. You can arrange a meeting with a buyer by calling them directly or calling the front desk at 248-858-0511 and asking to speak with a buyer. Meetings are encouraged but are not a requirement of participation or being awarded County bids. It is generally a good idea to make yourself and the business you represent known to the buyer.

For general purchasing questions, you can email the Purchasing inbox. Your email will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member for response.

If your insurance expires during the contract term, this would be considered a breach of contract. No payments will be processed and this could result in termination of the contract.
