Notice Is Hereby Given That
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public meeting shall be held before the County of Oakland, Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA) at 9:00 AM on Tuesday August 26, 2025. The meeting will take place in person for BRA Board Members and virtually for all others via the meeting info below. Any interested parties may attend the in-person meeting located at the Oakland County Executive Office Building (2100 Pontiac Lake Rd. Waterford) or the virtual meeting. At this meeting the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will discuss aspects regarding the BRA within which the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority shall exercise its powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended.
Means for Public Participation
Any interested parties may attend the in-person meeting located at the Oakland County Executive Office Building (2100 Pontiac Lake Rd. Waterford) or the virtual meeting. Members of the public will only be able to speak during the public comment period at the beginning of the meeting and such comments will be limited to three minutes per person. To provide for orderly public participation, a person wishing to speak must first state their name and request to be recognized by the Chairperson of the meeting. The Chairperson will recognize all persons wishing to speak during the public comment period. Prior to the meeting, members of the public may contact the members of the OCBRA to provide input or ask questions by email or mail to the OCBRA member and at the addresses listed below.
