  • $90.00: Claim is $600.00 and under
  • $110.00: Claim is $600.01 - $1,750.00
  • $130.00: Claim is $1,750.01 - $10,000.00
  • $215.00: Claim is $10,000.01 - $25,000.00

Landlord / Tenant Service Fees:

• Fee for Court's Process Server (billed by process server): $26 per Defendant
• Mileage Fees (billed by Process Server): 1-1/2 times $.58/mile
