Public Access to Virtual Courtroom Proceedings

Courtrooms are open to the public to watch both in-person and remote proceedings. In limited circumstances, remote proceedings will be streamed online. At no time may a court proceeding be recorded or reproduced without the express written permission from the judge of record. If you have questions on how to watch a specific proceeding, please call the court for details.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 52-3 District Court invites individuals with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in court hearings or other court business to complete the Request for Accommodations Form and file it with the court as soon as possible to avoid delays.
