The 52nd District Court, 2nd Division conducts hearings both in-person and through remote technology via Zoom. The court appearance will indicate if a hearing is to be conducted remotely via Zoom.
With limited exceptions, courtrooms are open to the public to view both in-person and remote proceedings. Interested parties with questions on how to watch a specific proceeding may call the court for details.
At no time may a court proceeding be recorded or reproduced without the express written permission from the judge of record.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 52-2 District Court invites individuals with disabilities who require special accommodations to participate in court hearings or other court business to complete the Request for Accommodations Form and file it with the court as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Court proceedings are occasionally streamed online. As with all court proceedings, recording or reproduction of any streamed court proceeding is prohibited without the expressed written permission from the judge of record.
