52-1 District Court Magistrates

Andra Richardson graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1987. Upon becoming a member of the bar, she obtained the position of Oakland County Assistant Prosecutor. In 1990, she became a Magistrate of the 52nd District Court, 1st Division.

In addition to her duties as a Magistrate, Ms. Richardson is a practicing attorney with concentration in family and criminal law and is an adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University. She was a member of Top Ladies of Distinction, 1993-1995, Jack & Jill of America, Inc, executive board, parliamentarian from 1993-1995, and Legislative Liaison from 1998 to present. She is also a member of the Wolverine Bar Association and the Association of Black Judges of Michigan.

Ms. Richardson is the mother of two daughters, Brittney and Chelsea.

Victor J. Zanolli, III was appointed as a Magistrate in 2014. In addition to serving as a Magistrate, Mr. Zanolli also works in the private sector at Zanolli & Associates, P.C. where he has maintained a successful law practice for over 24 years. His firm handles all aspects of civil, criminal and family law matters. Mr. Zanolli has also had extensive experience in real estate matters as a former real estate broker.

Mr. Zanolli received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He was also awarded the National Merit Scholarship Award.

Mr. Zanolli is the father of two sons. He volunteers his time as a coach for youth sports including football and basketball. Mr. Zanolli is also on the board and volunteers for several nonprofit organizations which are devoted to educating young children in all aspects of life.

Mr. Zanolli is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Association of District Court Magistrates and is admitted to practice law in the federal courts of Michigan.

Michael Bosnic graduated from Michigan State University in 1991 and Notre Dame Law School in 1994. He was appointed as a Magistrate in 2015. In that capacity, he covers dockets in the Novi District Court and also participates in Oakland County's Weekend Arraignment Program.

As an attorney with Giarmarco, Mullins and Horton, PLC, Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal representation, litigation and District Court prosecution. He has successfully represented a number of communities in District and Circuit Courts.

Mike has extensive experience in the area of Property Tax Appeals. He has presented across the state on this practice area, at the request of numerous public officials. He also has successfully represented clients in Federal Court, having prosecuted their claims for age and gender discrimination. He obtained a record jury verdict against the Internal Revenue Service and was featured on the cover of the February 10, 2003 edition of Michigan Lawyers Weekly.

Mr. Bosnic has earned an "AV" Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking by peers for general ethical standards and legal ability.

Mike has been married to Sejal since 1994 and they have three boys.

Robert J. Morad was appointed as a magistrate in 2019. Over the past several years he has served as a Defense Advocate for the 52-1 District Court Sobriety Court Program. Mr. Morad is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Robert J. Morad PLLC where he practices in the areas of criminal law and commercial litigation. . Prior to working on his own, he spent over ten years as an assistant prosecuting attorney with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, working in several different divisions including the Narcotics Division and the Circuit Court Division. On multiple occasions he lectured cadets at the Oakland County Police Academy on various legal concepts and topics. In his time as an assistant prosecuting attorney, Mr. Morad tried over 90 cases to jury verdict. In 2009, Mr. Morad joined the law firm of Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone where he worked in the commercial litigation group and the white collar crime group for five years. Mr. Morad's extensive courtroom experience assisted him in navigating clients through the civil litigation process as well as the criminal justice system.

Mr. Morad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan and in the state of Florida. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, The Florida Bar, and the Oakland County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Morad has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan as well as the United States Supreme Court.

In his Mr. Morad enjoys all sports, especially golf and hockey which he has coached at the youth level for several years.

Lewis Langham was appointed as a Magistrate in 2022.  In addition, Mr. Langham also works in private practice at the Law Firm of Lewis Langham Jr, PLLC where he practices criminal law. Prior to his appointment as Magistrate, he worked as a Public Defender at the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office, Deputy Legal Counsel, and Criminal Justice Policy Advisor to Governor Jennifer M. Granholm, and as a Faculty Professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School where he taught Evidence, Criminal Procedure and Trial Litigation Skills courses. Mr. Langham also taught legal courses to police cadets for over 3 years at the Mid-Michigan Police Academy.

Mr. Langham received his bachelor's degree from Wayne State University, master's degree from Eastern Michigan University and his juris doctor from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. Mr. Langham is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Langham has been admitted to practice in federal courts for Eastern District of Michigan as well as the United States Supreme Court.
