Hearings and Arraignments

48th District Court hearings are continuing to proceed both in-person and remotely via Zoom. Please closely review your Notice To Appear. If your Notice to Appear does NOT state Zoom, then you are required to appear in person.

If you are experiencing flu-related symptoms or believe you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, please refrain from entering the building and call the court at (248) 647-1141.

Arraignments are held in-person on:

• Monday: 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
