Sixth Judicial Circuit Business Court
The Business Court, a division of the Circuit Court, was created June 3rd, 2013 by Public Act 333 of 2012. Its purpose is to utilize best practices for the resolution of disputes between business entities; to improve the efficiency of the courts and to utilize technology in managing business court cases; to enhance the accuracy, consistency and predictability of decisions in business and commercial cases.
