Boil water advisories have been lifted for Auburn Hills, Oakland Township, Orion Township, Rochester Hills, and the Village of Lake Orion.
There are no boil water advisories in effect for drinking water systems operated by WRC. Boil water advisories have been lifted for Auburn Hills, Oakland Township, Orion Township, Rochester Hills, and the Village of Lake Orion. Water quality testing came back successful for all communities. Below you will find information to assist you on what to do after a boil water advisory is lifted.
What do I do after the advisory has been lifted?
- Turn on your tap slowly and run the water to flush water pipes for five minutes.
- You may need to clean appliances such as water softeners, filter units, water dispensers and ice makers. Read the owner's manual for directions to clean appliances.
