Gisele Poole is a limited licensed master social worker-macro who believes resilient communities are formed through data-based initiatives and programs.
In her role as the director of quality & data with the Community Housing Network, Poole leads efforts to strengthen quality, compliance, and data integrity across programs while driving initiatives that enhance programming for participants. In 2025, she was recognized by the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness and awarded the MCAH Data Champion.
She is also a graduating member of the Leadership OaklandÕs Cornerstone Program (Class of XXXVI), Metro DetroitÕs premier collaborative leadership experience.
A Waterford resident, Poole earned her associates degree from Oakland Community College and her bachelorÕs and masterÕs degree in social work from Oakland University and Wayne State University, respectively.
