Ashley Kemp-Watkins is committed to collaboration, inclusive growth, and expanding opportunities for individuals and organizations.
As a senior workforce, training, and economic development analyst at Magna, Kemp-Watkins serves as a connector between industry, education, and government to support workers and grow the local economy. She leads programs that train more than 6,000 employees each year while helping businesses stay competitive. She is also on MagnaÕs Engagement Committee, which provides community volunteer opportunities for employees.
In her free time, she paints and has previously been an art instructor.
A Farmington resident, Kemp-Watkins earned her bachelorÕs degree in mass communications from Rochester College.
