Dedicating her career to children’s safety, Jaclyn Sivers is a senior assistant prosecuting attorney with the Juvenile Justice Division at the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office. In her role, Sivers represents the county in all child protection proceedings, juvenile delinquency matters and educational neglect.

In 2023, the Clarkston Community Schools Board of Education selected her to fill a vacancy and also appointed her to the School Safety Committee and Policy Committee. In this role, Sivers helped form the first School Safety Steering Committee. She plans on running for reelection later this year.

Sivers earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a specialization in journalism from Michigan State University and a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

She lives in Clarkston.
