At Stellantis North America Purchasing, Christopher Sim is a supplier diversity program manager. He is responsible for sourcing automotive parts from minority-owned, small and diverse businesses. As an executive board member of the Asians Connected Together Business Resource Group, Sim is responsible for fostering connections among Stellantis employees from more than 40 countries and regions across Asia and the Middle East.

Additionally, Sim leads Stellantis’ partnerships with outside organizations focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, including the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, the National Veteran-Owned Business Association, and Disability:IN.

Sim earned a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University in New York and is pursuing an executive master’s degree in business administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

He is a global citizen — born in New York City and raised in South Korea from ages 3 to 12. Currently, he resides in Auburn Hills.
