In 2018, Christian J. Williams launched CJW Consulting Group which has helped more than 1,700 professionals across the country with salary negotiations, interview preparations and more. While continuing to run his own business, Williams accepted the position of supplier diversity consultant at Henry Ford Health, connecting with minority-owned and woman-owned supply companies in 2023.

To support future leaders, he spearheaded the Ernest and Geraldine Talton Memorial Scholarship to provide financial assistance to business and nursing students at the University of Detroit Mercy.

Recently, he received the Black Excellence Award from the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. Williams has been honored with 40 Under 40 awards by the Michigan Chronicle and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity as well.

Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business from the University of Detroit Mercy.

He lives in Farmington Hills.
