Pharmacy Manager Ascension St. John Hospital Dedicated to helping cancer patients, Jennifer Forman's career as a pharmacist has led her to collaborate with oncologists to specialize in anti-cancer treatments for patients. As the Pharmacy Manager for Ascension St. John's Ascension Hospital in Grosse Pointe Woods, she leads a team of oncology pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across eight outpatient infusion pharmacies. Forman is the co-chair of a nationwide subcommittee focused on the improvement of infusion services through Ascension Health, which covers 142 hospitals across the country. She is also working on initiatives to ensure cost isn't a barrier to access to drugs for cancer patients, collaborating with the hospital's financial counselors for underserved patients to apply for free drug programs through our pharmaceutical manufacturers. Forman received a bachelor's degree from Oakland University and a Doctorate in pharmacy from Wayne State University. She lives in Rochester Hills with her husband and two daughters.
