Attorney The Kelly Firm As an attorney with the Kelly Firm in Auburn Hills, Brittney Ellis concentrates on municipal law, counseling clients on everything from land use and zoning to ordinance drafting, development and compliance with Open Meeting and Freedom of Information laws. Her other passion is the Oakland County Conservation District, where she serves as Vice-Chair and works to promote sound soil and water conservation practices.
