Meaghan Barry is an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at Oakland University (Rochester, MI) and Partner and Lead Designer of Unsold Studio (Detroit, MI). At Unsold Studio, she focuses on creating fresh, yet timeless work for creative culture and the public good with clients such as New Order Coffee Roasters, Cranbrook Art Museum, Midtown Detroit, Inc., The Kresge Foundation and Culture Lab Detroit. Barry has presented research on health and wellness within the creative process, community design, and entrepreneurship in the United States, Canada, and Greece. She received her MFA in 2D Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art and BFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute. Barry also serves on the AIGA Detroit board as a Mentorship Director and on the Detroit Design Network advisory board.
