Brad Lukas began his career at Beaumont in 2008 as a patient transporter and has worked in several leadership roles. He was director of nursing for emergency services at Beaumont, Troy where he led an emergency center with nearly 102,000 visits in 2017. He was promoted to administrator of clinical services at the Troy campus to oversees care management, social work, rehabilitation services, sleep evaluations, community-based medical centers and outpatient oncology services. On weekends he teaches at the Oakland University College of Nursing. He has a graduate degree in nursing from Western Governors University, a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in health care leadership from Baker College and an undergraduate degree in nursing from Wayne State University. Brad is also a board-certified nurse executive. He serves on the board of directors for the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Ordinance of Appeals for Sterling Heights. He volunteers as a planning committee member for the health and service day for Leadership Macomb. Brad has been married to Ilona for 18 months. They are parents of a one-year-old fur baby named Theodore.
