Ethan is an attorney and owner of the Law Offices of Ethan D. Baker. His Troy-based practice operates under the core principle of providing clients the respect and attention they deserve, to build lasting and personal relationships while providing legal expertise. While finishing his bachelor's degree at the University of Southern California in 2001, Ethan worked as a Special Assistant to President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan in their Los Angeles post-presidential offices. He currently serves on the Troy City Council, and has served as president of the board at Hills of Charnwood since 2010.

While Ethan devotes much of his time managing his career in the community, he greatest joys are his wife and three young children. Ethan earned his law degree from Whittier College School of Law in 2005.
