Matthew founded CORE Partners in 2006, and has built it into a provider of unparalleled customer service and fiduciary consulting. Each year, he assists more than 100 companies in Southeastern Michigan by positioning their business for ultimate growth and maturity.

CORE Partners has maintained a steady growth, and have continued to expand services. It has 68 full-time employees and 22 consultants in its Birmingham office. Besides his role at CORE Partners, Matthew serves as board member of Entrepreneurs Organization, where he provides mentorship, leadership training, and support to other business owners looking to grow their business.

Matthew is a Crain's Detroit Business "40 under 40" recipient (2009), and was elected as the youngest board member to the Commercial Board of Real Estate. He is on the board of the Detroit Better Business Bureau and has played an integral role in assisting the financial security of the organization.
