Background

"As a young man delivering newspapers, shining shoes, teaching ballroom dance lessons, and even carving roast beef on the buffet line at the Holiday Inn, I learned to appreciate all different people. My Papa George Agree and my Mom Chickie Fayne Dwoskin taught me how best to interact with people at a very young age. They affably referred to this skill as the secret but truly there was no secret rather than to simply live and act with compassion, mindfulness, respect and love. I have tried to live by the motto ever since."

Tony and his lovely wife Shawn are native Michigander. Both were raised in Oakland County and now reside in Waterford, Michigan where they enjoy living on Cass Lake.

Tony graduated with honors from Michigan State University.

Current Employment

In 2013, Tony partnered with Edward Vosganian who has been advising clients for the past 20 years on successfully managing their financial future through tax-free retirement planning and seamless tax-free wealth transfer strategies in order to achieve their personal goals. Past Career Highlights

• In 2012, Tony joined CIG Corp., an accomplished financial and advisory services firm located in Southfield, Michigan as a consultant for business development. The firm was founded in 1997 as Capital Management Group and transitioned officially to CIG Corp. in 2007. Today it offers three service areas: Wealth management, advisory services and private equity opportunities to aspiring individuals and businesses. Tony was recruited to the firm with more than 20 years of award-winning luxury-class sales experience in the upmarket segments of the automotive and residential real estate sectors. He is especially adept in working with elite clientele to understand, reach and engage them based upon their life goals.
  
  
• In 2008, Tony became the brand manager at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars of Troy, Bentley Troy, Lamborghini Troy and Maserati of Troy, where he received top salesperson honors for two consecutive years.
  
  
• In 2006, Tony co-founded Sunscreen Mist (SM), an aspiring company operating within Birmingham, Michigan, which sold automated sunscreen application vending machines. The company has grown its sales significantly in select international markets. SM also has made its mark domestically through the sale of custom sunscreen dispensers designed for Coca-Cola and located at NASCAR events along the racing circuit.
  
  
• In 1999, Tony became director of sales for Orloff Homes overseeing sales and marketing for its two luxurious subdivisions located in Rochester, Michigan (Stoney Creek Ridge and Stoney Creek Ridge North). During that time, he was named Rookie Salesperson of the Year by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Southeastern Michigan.

Charity, Community Relations

In 1999, Tony founded Capital Event Productions (CEP), a corporate event planning company that produced themed events in support of charitable causes. His intent for CEP was to bring those from local communities and cultures together in support of people in need. It proved to do so admirably. Its two most popular events (reference below) attracted thousands of guests raising an estimated $50,000 in charitable contributions alone.
