36 Health and Wellness Educator Detroit Area Agency on Aging As a Health and Wellness Educator and registered dietitian for the Detroit Area Agency on Aging, Amber Williams has more than 20 years of experience in community outreach, education and diversity programming. Williams also is the owner of AmberÕs 3 in 1 Nutrition Consulting and the Co-Owner of I Can Education and Enrichment Center in Pontiac, working closely with school districts and community organizations to promote positive outcomes for adults and children. She also has worked in Oakland CountyÕs Women Infant and ChildrenÕs program as a Dietitian Technician and in the first-year student orientation programs at Michigan State University and as Education Program Coordinator at the University of MichiganÕs AlzheimerÕs Disease Research Center. Williams received BachelorÕs degrees in Nutrition Science, and Dietetics from Michigan State University, and a MasterÕs degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
