Local Office Visits
With today's work and family demands, we know it can be difficult for residents to make it to our Pontiac office during regular business hours. With that in mind, we created our Local Office Visits, an on-the-road service offering on-the-spot copies of Oakland County records. The Local Office Visits, which operate at no extra cost, are simply a re-deployment of our existing resources. We will be visiting the east, west, north and south portions of Oakland County throughout the year.
Normal copy fees and identification requirements apply. Need a copy your property deed? We can do that.
How about a copy of your birth certificate or your divorce records? We can do that too.
During your Local Office Visit, you can:
- Get copies of birth certificates, death certificates and marriage certificates
- Apply for a marriage license
- Get copies of deeds, mortgages, liens and other property documents
- Register or renew your business or access our Assumed Business Names and Co-Partnerships database
- Access or record a military discharge form
- Get copies of Oakland County Circuit Court documents - including divorce records
- Register to Vote or apply for an Absentee Voter application
- File to become a notary public
- Renew Concealed Pistol License
Everyone is welcome at any of our Local Office stops. Visit us at the following locations.

Date:
09/07/2026 11:00 AM - 9:00 PMJoin Oakland County Parks at Arts, Beats & Eats
New to Arts, Beats & Eats this year, Oakland County Parks will have activities in two different spots at the festival.
Younger guests can get moving on a variety of inflatables in the “Jump Around” Play Zone (socks required) at the corner of Washington and 7th Street (near the Culver’s Blue Room Experience). Then, families can meet friendly farm animals, explore hands-on activities, learn cool trivia about farm life and discover the amazing uses of wool at the interactive Discovery Farm experience from Bowers Farm at the corner of Center and 4th Street.
Both activities are completely free with festival admission. And don’t forget to wish our mascot Oakie the Squirrel a happy birthday as we mark 60 years of Oakland County Parks with a sweet treat. Cake will be available four times each day at the Play Zone and Discovery Farm while supplies last.
