Child Vision Screenings (Southfield) - By Appointment Only

03/26/2026 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMOakland County Health Division provides state mandated vision screenings to children in Oakland County. Children ages 3 through 18 who live in Oakland County or attend an Oakland County school are eligible. Vision screening is required for kindergarten entry in the state of Michigan.
