According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 22.7 percent of Americans with a disability are employed, despite their skills and desire to work. Given our nation’s workforce challenges, it is time for more employers to recognize the positive impact workers with disabilities can have on their performance and profit.
Join us for our next virtual workshop on Wednesday, October 22, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month. We will be highlighting the value and talent that American workers with disabilities add to our workforce and the U.S. economy, showcasing their achievements both past and present.
