The best way to protect children from serious diseases is to follow the recommended vaccination schedule. When following the recommended schedule, children are fully protected and school vaccination requirements are met. Walk-ins are welcome and open to the public.

• Childhood immunizations available for children from birth to 18 years old.

• Parent/guardian must sign consent for children under 18 years.

• Legal guardians must present current guardianship papers

• Bring your ID, insurance cards and shot records
