LGBT Detroit, Affirmations, Henry Ford Hospital, MiGen and Oakland County Health Division are hosting a combined event at Affirmations. COVID-19, flu, mpox and adult immunizations will be available to the community. Walk-in are welcome. Also, STI testing will be available.

No one will be denied service. Cash, Credit (Visa/Mastercard), Medicare, Medicaid, most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and Blue Care Network, and additional insurances accepted. Oakland County Health Division participates in the Vaccines for Children Program. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available.
