OLHSA's Low Income Household Water Assistance Plan (LIHWAP) can provide up to $1,500 in assistance for residents living in qualifying cities! LIHWAP provides payment assistance for household accounts in arrears or disconnect status (including reconnect fees). Schedule your appointment today by contacting:

2. Proof of household income for the last 30 days
