Be mindful about wellness with yoga sessions

The Oakland County Farmers Market Wellness Series features a free, 45-minute yoga lesson with Studio 8 Fitness instructors from May through September. Mark your calendar for Lunchtime Yoga from noon-12:45 p.m. on Sept. 17.

All sessions will be held outdoors on the grassy area to the west of the market building. The Market Wellness Series is Presented by University of Michigan Health C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital & Trinity Health Oakland Hospital and Dr. Anil Kumar with Healthy Horizon Sponsor McLaren Oakland.

In case of inclement weather, program will be canceled. Watch the market’s Facebook page for updates. This program is hosted by the Oakland County Farmers Market in collaboration with Healthy Oakland Partnership.
