All suspect or confirmed cases of active tuberculosis (TB) in Oakland County are required to be reported to Oakland County Health Division. TB Case Managers are responsible for treatment oversight and directly observed therapy (DOT).
Eligibility
Must be an Oakland County resident.
Appointments
Appointments only. Call Jamie, Communicable Disease/TB Nursing Supervisor at 248-978-7180, to report a case of suspect or confirmed active TB.
Fees
Fees vary based on office visits, imaging, and laboratory work ordered by the Health Division Medical Director.
All credit and debit card transactions will now include a 3.5% transaction fee and electronic checks will include a $2.50 charge per order.
