Below are maps that show Local Development Finance Authorities in Oakland County communities. These authorities can utilize tax increment financing (TIF) to promote development and redevelopment.

• Rochester Hills Local Development Finance Authority
• Troy and Southfield Joint Local Development Finance Authority
• The City of Wixom has also established a Local Development Finance Authority (LDFA). However, it doesn’t have an adopted development plan or tax increment financing (TIF) plan that captures the County's portion of tax increment revenue.
